-Fillings: chocolate or vanilla buttercream, (with or without: strawberry jam, chopped fruit; salt caramel, Oreo or hazelnut paste, Coconut cooked with butter and sugar).
-Red velvet cake always with cream cheese filling.

P.S. As a general industry common rule, We, the baker, and deccorator, will try to get as close as possible to the reference image you provided, but you may understand that each time the cake will not be exactly the same, due to different bakers, available materials, etc.
